Natural Orange Soft Drink

Yield: 4 glasses

 

4 large oranges

1 lime

1 large carrot

1/4 teaspoon Turmeric

1 liter/33fl oz. Sparkling water

1 tablespoon Organic Stevia or 1/2 cup 100% Xylitol

 

 

Low Carb Cauliflower Rice

Total time: 15 min.

Prep: 10 min.

Cook: 5 min.

Yield: 4 portions

 

1 Large Cauliflower Head

1 teaspoon extra virgin Olive oil

1/2 Cup Chopped onion

2 Garlic Cloves minced

1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 Cup plain fat free Greek yogurt

Chopped Cilantro to taste

Sliced red chili

Salt & pepper to taste

 

 

HIGH PROTEIN BLUEBERRY MUFFIN

Total time: 30 min.

Prep: 5 min.

Cook: 25 min.

Yield: 10 muffins.

 

2 Large eggs.

6 Tablespoons Organic Almond butter.

1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (Plain).

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk.

1 Tablespoon Pure vanilla extract.

1 Cup Gluten free All Purpose flour.

1/2 cup Almond Flour.

1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein (Low Carb/ Sugar Free)

1 teaspoon Baking powder.

1 Tablespoon Organic stevia.

1 cup fresh Blueberries.

 

 

Breadless turkey sliders
